6. What are your shipping dates?
- Mondays to Saturdays
- Order cut off is at 9 pm for next day shipping.
Order forms sent beyond 9 pm will be shipped the day after.
- Order forms sent beyond 9 pm on Friday will be shipped on Monday.
7. Can I track my order?
Yes you can
. We will give you your tracking number once you have settled your payment and once we have scheduled the pick up of your suit.
8. Do you have a store?
None, we are exclusively online.
9. What is your return/exchange policy?
Unfortunately, we do not do returns/exchanges
due to hygienic purposes.
10. Do you accept refunds?
Unfortunately, we do not accept refunds
. All sales are final.
11. What if I received a damaged item?
We always do quality control on our swimsuits but in the rare occasions that the suit you purchased has a defect, please contact us immediately and we will take care of it.
