2. How much does shipping cost?

  • Shipping is free nationwide. We've got you, girl.

3. What are your payment methods?

  • Debit/Credit card (VISA or Mastercard)
  • Paypal
  • Bank Deposits/Online Transfers (BDO)
  • Gcash

    4. How long does shipping take?

    • Within Metro Manila and Luzon: 1 - 2 days
    • Visayas and Mindanao: 3 - 4 days
      *the number of days posted above are based on the details on our courier's website (we use J&T Express). We are not liable for any delays on the part of our courier. 
    • If your order/s has not arrived within the said period, please contact us and we will personally follow up with the courier and give you an update.
    • For same day deliveries, please contact us for more details.

    6. What are your shipping dates?

    • Mondays to Saturdays
    • Order cut off is at 9 pm for next day shipping.
    • Order forms sent beyond 9 pm will be shipped the day after. 
    • Order forms sent beyond 9 pm on Friday will be shipped on Monday.

    7. Can I track my order?

    Yes you can. We will give you your tracking number once you have settled your payment and once we have scheduled the pick up of your suit.

    8. Do you have a store?

    None, we are exclusively online.

      9. What is your return/exchange policy?

      Unfortunately, we do not do returns/exchanges due to hygienic purposes.

      10. Do you accept refunds?

      Unfortunately, we do not accept refunds. All sales are final.

      11. What if I received a damaged item?

      We always do quality control on our swimsuits but in the rare occasions that the suit you purchased has a defect, please contact us immediately and we will take care of it.
