1. Do you have a size guide?

2. How much does shipping cost?

  • Shipping is free nationwide. We've got you, girl.

3. What are your payment methods?

  • Debit/Credit card (VISA or Mastercard)
  • Paypal
  • Bank Deposits/Online Transfers (BDO)
  • Gcash

    4. Are you still shipping despite the MECQ?

         Yes but please expect a few delays.

    5. How long does shipping take?

    • Within Metro Manila: 2 - 3 days
    • Outside Metro Manila: 4 - 7 days
    • If your order/s has not arrived within the said period, please contact us and we will personally follow up with the courier and give you an update.
    • We do Grab or Lalamove (to be shouldered by buyer) to accommodate same day shipping upon request. 

    6. What are your shipping dates?

    • Tuesdays and Fridays
    • To be more compliant with government guidelines and to practice safety measures to avoid added exposure, we will temporarily be shipping orders every Tuesdays and Fridays. Order forms and payments sent before 3pm on Monday and Thursday and will be shipped on Tuesday and Friday respectively.

    7. Can I track my order?

    Yes you can. We will give you your tracking number once you have settled your payment and once we have scheduled the pick up of your suit.

    8. Do you have a store? (temporarily closed due to ECQ)

    None, we are exclusively online.

      9. What is your return/exchange policy?

      Unfortunately, we do not do returns/exchanges due to hygienic purposes.

      10. Do you accept refunds?

      Unfortunately, we do not accept refunds.

      11. What if I received a damaged item?

      We always do quality control on our swimsuits but in the rare occasions that the suit you purchased has a defect, please contact us immediately and we will take care of it.
