4. How long does Salt Swim take to process orders?
We process orders within 12 hours. We live on fast and accommodating responses as part of our well known customer service experience.
For bank deposits/online transfers:
Deposit slips for orders emailed before 12pm will be handed to the courier the same day.
Deposit slips for orders emailed after 12pm will be dispatched the next day.
5. How long does shipping take?
Within Metro Manila: 1 - 2 days
Outside Metro Manila: 3 - 4 days
If your order/s has not arrived within the said period, please contact us and we will personally follow up with the courier and give you an update.
- We do Grab or Lalamove (to be shouldered by buyer) to accommodate same day shipping upon request.
6. What are your shipping dates?
- We ship Mondays to Fridays.
7. Can I track my order?
Yes you can
. We will give you your tracking number once you have settled your payment and once we have scheduled the pick up of your suit.

Unfortunately, we do not do returns/exchanges
due to hygienic purposes.

11. What if I received a damaged item?
We always do quality control on our swimsuits but in the rare occasions that the suit you purchased has a defect, please contact us immediately and we will take care of it.
